Whenever I tell people about our website I usually get a very positive reaction, which of course makes me feel good! BUT, then I get the same questions – “Can you only pick one gift? Won’t the birthday boy/girl be disappointed? Is that enough?”
I have been thinking about this a lot! And I always come back to the same answer, which is YES! One, or a few, special gifts are enough!
Thinking back to my childhood, I don’t remember every gift I ever received, but I do remember the special ones – like my first pair of earrings, my roller skates, the Guess jeans with the zippers on the sides that I wanted so badly, and Tavern on the Green with my mom for my 16th birthday where she gave me the beautiful necklace she was given on her 16th birthday! All of these “presents” were special to me because they elicit wonderful memories from my childhood.
